This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for event tickets, handicraft products, and other services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Event Tickets
1.1 No Refunds on Tickets: All event ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds on tickets unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
1.2 Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled, we will automatically process refunds to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date, and no refund will be issued unless you are unable to attend.
1.3 Transfer or Resale of Tickets: Tickets may not be resold or transferred without authorization. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
2. Handicraft Products and Services
2.1 Returns: We accept returns of unused, undamaged handicraft products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at thegypsiestribe@gmail.com with your order details.
Conditions for return:
a. If wrong product is received.
b. If the product arrives damaged or broken.
Please note: We do not take returns out of these two conditions. If you don't like the product or change your mind we are not liable to make a return for the product. Make sure you create a detailed video of the parcel arrived, while opening and unpacking the packaging and the product, for an easy return process.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, digital products, and services are non-returnable.
2.3 Return Process: Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us at the given address on our website. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of us if the item was defective or incorrect.
2.4 Refunds for Returned Items: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a notification when your refund has been processed.
2.5 Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at thegypsiestribe@gmail.com.
3. Digital Products and Artist Promotions
3.1 No Refunds on Digital Products: Sales of digital products and services (such as digital artwork, ebooks, music downloads, and online workshops) are final and non-refundable.
3.2 Promotional Services: Services related to artist promotions (such as advertising or profile features) are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
